Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by sending an email to support@artistee.in with your order details.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

6. How will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
